Hello 🤗 please conduct a customer attiques training for all discord MODs before they are been made official.
And recruitment of mods should only be based on exam results based on customer handling and experience.
Plus minimum 1+ year of topwar experience mandatory.
You don't need rude people running around who don't even know how the clicks work inside the game.

I have to disagreez because the mods are there to keep a friendly environment for the players and it is voluntary work, where as the devs and CS is a full time job and they get paid to do that. If you then make CS mandatory training for mods you will see a lot quit and no new ones come in this should be left to the rivergame CS team.

However I agree that the current CS probably needs so more human messages than bot sounding ones 😅

I'm on the neutral side since I also have different opinion about both, expecting mods to be have similar or the same skill sets as CS is pretty much wrong expectations. they are discord moderators, their powers are not even for customer service or following up issues. so the first level support is not mods, but the cs itself, bigger whales have VIP CS support that is pretty much responsive. They are here to keep discord managed well and pass info the the right person when they can, mods having contacts or can chat with devs doesn't really means they should have acted like a CS since they are off the chain of support at all

So the suggestion from a customer

1. Pay your cs team / mods or whatever you call them.
2. Discord is a community of topwar, so you run & function it well. Not leaving the hands of an untrained individual spoiling your business.
3. Topwar needs volunteer like every organisation, every volunteer has limitations and spoiling customer experience shouldn't happen from a bad volunteer.
4. "It's not my job " - cs would never say. Training is mandatory for anyone facing a customer who pays you well.
5. Vip CS good. But still many people are present in the forced discord in game, via 200 gems lure.
   So once you force people to join a group, ensure you own it. Not run it like a ngo.

Hey, related to mod training, mods are always trained a bit on the usual questions asked (like « I used badly an item, what can I do ? » « I lost my account » etc, won’t disclose the full mod training haha).

Related to the experience of mods, we need both young and old mods. I’ve been playing for 3+ years and a mod for a bit more than a year, and I have no clue of what’s going on in the 3500+ servers. That’s why we also need mods from newer servers so that every player can find guidance (and we help each other if someone doesn’t know smth). Also, all the mods have to go through a knowledge part so that we make sure they have good knowledge about the game

For the rude part, or if you feel that some mods are not acting well towards community, you can contact Levo who’s in charge of that

That might not be enough. The game is broken and what @slender lagoon is saying is something you read all across world and alliance chats in game. The frustration with how openly the game is broken by now is everywhere. Please focus on what matters first instead of artificial discord stuff. The community doesn't need to have a better experience on discord. The community wants to be heard and with the titan gear "update" you showed that you blatantly ignored the community. Different discord channels seem to be a new attempt to distract the community.

It was posted over 2 months ago, was well received by players, and was directly about how the Titan Gear problem was deeper than the rune system was going to address.

You talk about parallel efforts. But please instead, get in-sync, on the same rhythm with the dev team. Focus on this one problem, the need for a titan gear revision. Start with a community response that is not hollow, that acknowledges the rune fiasco has not fixed things.

Everything else is, sadly, jabbing the knife deeper in the wound. This issue is too severe to placate with your "rest assured." Trust has been lost, credibility is gone, feedback channels are filled with empty unanswered pleas.

please provide us the option to change the type of force a hero commands (at least for the universal heroes). This is already possible for HTs.

With the current defence mechanics if a defence march is out, then the game auto-assigns the next hero with the highest CP for that particular force.

This means that if a player is using Shinji or Asuka in AF and they are equipped with AF skills, they end up defending with army units if the main army defence march is out.

This is totally wrong and does not allow full usage of universal heroes.

Hallo zusammen 🤗 es wird immer wieder diskutiert, wie sich das Matchmaking auswirkt sobald ein oder zwei Spieler mit höherer CP auf einen Server wechseln die jegliche CP anderer Spieler vom Server weit übersteigen. Hard to request a new feature when we are having to request for things to get fixed, but we could have new feature requests if there was a place where we could relay what we don’t want, need, or like. Or what hasn’t been updated, fixed, or addressed. Llevo jugando desde que se lanzo oficialmente y he estado en la participación BETA, pero sería de mucha ayuda que hagan otra fusión de servidores. Cada servidor antiguo no pasa de 200 jugadores activos y es muy difícil participar en eventos con otros servidores nuevos.
Para que hagan una fusión entre 2 p 3 servidores y mantener vivo el interés por el juego.

Who ever is in charge of maintaining the discord should use dyno bot to delete 18+ links automatically. The images below show what it will do: it will only block invite links, can make it so certain links are exempt (gifs)and certain roles are exempt(rivergame staff and certain mods). It can also decide if someone does send a unauthorised link whether to warn/delete/mute/ban them. You can also specify what channel will be effected and wont be effected (such as you can make #💪│join-us exempt from this rule) Personally it will save the whole discord mod team getting pinged maybe 3x per day as you have irl's.

Hello. I don’t know if this is the spot to suggest to, but I would like to make a suggestion regarding TC. Make team B independent of team A, meaning let’s not make team A have 35 members a “must have “ in order to create team B. It creates a lot of imbalances regarding fighting, some team A have only 5 -10 active people that can play( the others have till35 are in active only to fill up slots) while some team A have 30+ active.

Hi. Magnetic runes seem to come a lot and more often than other kind of runes (at least what I see in my account) but heroes who can detonate the runes are exclusively for Army. Unless there is a universal hero like Asuka which can detonate if she is used for other force type. Honestly it is a waste of runes to see if a player is not developing army as main/second march. Why not make AF/Navy heroes to be released regularly who can detonate runes. Would say the same for vulnerability/debilitation being almost for Navy marches. So on an overall level, with runes on titan gear changing the game considerably, it would be more useful to step away from the concept that Army = magnetic pulse, Navy = debilitating/vulnerable, and AF = ignition !
