Not getting what I paid for

I bought two different packs for 6 and 4 euro. I didn't got any gems or other stuff. One of the packs disappeared from the shop, it was one per player and the other was the one in the picture...

The support email is indeed the place to go. Just to help with this, I can see that the pack content were assigned to your account on the backend.

Did you not get the option to open them? I can give you a list of cards that were in the packs if you wanted to check whilst support look into it.

Didn't know, sorry. I did got the pack a couple of days later. Maybe it was the game lagging or somebody fixed it from support after I emailed. However it is, appreciate it 🙏

Btw I went here because half a year ago, I had a similar issue, just not with a paid pack, it was for gems I think, and multiple people had it. I made a ticket here, and it got solved within a day. That's why my initial decision was to send it here. Sorry for the ping, won't happen again 😅

I'm just glad it turned up eventually but sorry for the delay in the pack getting to you. That's super frustrating. Please let me know in Discord if this happens again!!
