Always disconnected mid match during some periods(heavy traffic time??). Very frustrated and annoyed. Especially when try to climb the league ranks and disconnected in a row. How come disconnected but the match continues for a while and even received message from the opponent? Lost interest when this happens repeatedly
ps. The network here is great and all other apps work fine while this game disconnected.

Really sorry about this! Would you be able to check if you're updated to the latest version of the game on your relevant app store please?

Thanks for the network info. If you do have access to a different network or roaming data, giving that a go would also be helpful. Sometimes CUE doesn't gel with some networks, even if the other apps on your device work fine.

Thanks for your reply. I tried 2 different wifi and 1 roaming data, with the latest version of iOS app. Still happened several times after my last reply above. This happened occasionally before, but became worse this weekend.
