Really sorry for the frustrations here. We think it's likely related to a Unity upgrade (the system we develop on). We've got an A54 on its way to the dev team so we can try to isolate the issue. Can't make any promises as we can't change Unity source code but we'll do what we can!

Not a guarantee that we will fix it - if it’s a Unity issue it’s more likely they will fix it.

For comparison, we couldn’t have fixed the AWS server outage this morning - but thankfully Amazon did. 🙂

I can't build decks right now, so I can't really participate in league play or complete quests. Unless I already have a deck that includes quest collections or happens to work in the league play. I certainly can't make any changes to improve game play

I also have an android, my game crashes whenever I try to make a new deck or click on my profile picture. Updated the game, cleared the cache, reinstalled the app and restarted my device, but nothing worked

Thanks for checking and sorry about this. I know some of you have done, but it'll be the beta where we're able to push attempted fixes, which you can get into here: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.avid.cue

For a bit more info on what we're dealing with, it's a Unity change that we think is messing with certain devices so it may be that a fix will be required on their (Unitys) end but we'll do our best to see if we can solve it too. As the issue stems from an external change, unfortunately there isn't a guarantee that we'll be able to solve it and we might have to wait for Unity.

But we'll keep you in the loop and thank you for your patience.

Sorry about the delay on a potential fix everyone. We're working on potential fixes but it's just a nightmare to test right now - I'll keep you updated on whether it would be helpful for you guys to try out the beta build again.

Hey gang! I'm sending up a new build to the open beta now. I've made some big changes to this one regarding Unity and reverted some changes so hopefully things are better now!

I have fast tracked this build, so it has had very little QA on it. I can't promise that it has fixed the crash issue or that the build is stable in all areas. But other bugs can't be worse than it crashing I suppose 😭
