The largest and northernmost territory of Canada with a land area of 1.8 million square km. It is the least dense populated major subdivision of a country in the world (currently with a population of around 36k). The territory is home to the northernmost inhabited settlement called Alert. The settlement has no permanent residents but rather people spend time in 3-6 month shifts switching with each other, so there are always people there but no one lives there permanently.

I looked to see if Uvovem had done it and was kinda surprised that he hadn't nor had any else yet for this day. The theory was first proposed in 1964. The just of the theory is that people are less likely to help others in need when others are around, and generally the more people around means the less likely they are to help. This seems to be linked to our sense of responsibility, if a single person sees the event, or if asked directly, their sense of responsibility is much higher because they are directly involved. However, when others are around, our sense of responsibility lowers because "someone else will say/do something"

I remember when this first gained popularity on the internet around 2014. The legend itself has been traced back to 2008 on the Japanese website 2channel. The game/legend requires a 10+ story building with an elevator. The person enters the elevator alone and goes to the 4th floor, then to the 6th, then the 2nd, then the 10th, then the 5th. Once at the 5th a woman should enter the elevator. Now the player press the button of the 1st floor, however the elevator should ascend if done correctly. This will ascend to the 10th floor, at which point when the doors open, it should be an alternate world/dimension/reality. This little legend has also been made into 2 movies with a third listed on IMDB as in development, the 2 that are out have pretty bad scores though
