Climb One is too weak for a mythic, and magic kingdom is too strong for a standard rare. I'd reduce magic kingdom's buff to around +4 and change the return condition to "for every 2", and buff climb one by increasing the ppt to around +20

in a 17 science deck that essentially just gains +289 plus +17 ppt

Held yggdra's turnstart is also too strong, it has to either only last this turn, or be reduced to -1 and last for a shorter duration. Also, locks shouldn't trigger on play.
Sickle is mostly fine, if by repeat it means that Talos gets the powerbuff, followed by sun, then sickle.
Both Barisols are a good combo
Elluka is slightly underpowered, I'd get it to also give your cards with "time" in the name a powerbuff
The rest seem good, I'd slightly increase Michaela's Base Energy though, as it's just a limcom

you can also increase the Time buff even more, "In the Name" buffs tend not to have much support, so they'll usually have higher numbers, see Silver or most of the Moon supports for example
