What would make it a strong card like super glue is if it’s a:
Play Distribute this cards 540 evenly across all cards in the deck permanently
Return re gain 30 power permanently

That would be a +30 permanently and then the card won’t be useless after

Then if you get it tern 1 it would be a +120 very strong
