Onamazu Not Buffing Correctly

I know it’s a bug on a card that’s hardly played but I just ran Onamazu with Earthquakes in a deck and the extra +10 from Earthquakes doesn’t apply to your ocean cards still in your deck. I didn’t get a screenshot, but the +30 works for the 2 oceans you play with Onamazu and the remaining 2 in hand, but the 3 new oceans you receive next turn only have the +20 buff. I can get a screenshot if need be, just found out right now.
