Ban trading level up rewards

There are many reasons to trade away and for level up cards. But mainly it's because the trader doesn't need them and the receiver wants to collect them or flip them for new cards. As long as both parties understand the rarity of those cards banning that makes no sense

While I heavily dislike trading level ups, the option should remain open. I like the autoprotect now, that's nice

I don't think we'd change peoples current collections, some players will have given away a huge amount of cards in these Level Up trades, as they are valuable.

We hope that auto protecting them goes some way in giving players a safety net when trading but we're open to more ideas! Maybe extra warnings on top of what we already have?
