the buff happens depending on how many albums and history cards combined you have in hand
It’s similar to how camelot works
for example if you have 3 different albums in your hand and just the one history of the internet card, it will happen to a single random card x4
do you have a better way of wording it?

ah fair. my only issue then is that "or" is slightly ambiguous. how about
"For every Album and for every History of the Internet card..."
like or could be taken to mean the bigger of the two
