Here in the city we have an ice cream shop with a flavor called "Arnhemse meisjes"
In English that would be "Girls from Arnhem". Those things are cookies, sort of really thin, crackelée waffles with sugar on top of em. It's the most delicious ice cream flavor in all of the city
