roll t1 life and essence crit multi on the simplex, annul the 2nd suffix. Then roll or buy an amulet that has t1 cast speed, two influenced suffixes and 1 influenced prefix. If none exist on trade, you can roll cast speed, then lock suffix reforge influence a few times until you get there. That will be a 45% success recombination setup

alternatively you can roll essence crit multi and cast speed on the simplex, annul prefix, then setup a donor with cast speed and 2 influence suffixes plus t1 life and one influenced prefix (thats quite rough), but thats a 50% recombination

those 5% unlikely to be worth the extra effort

but you CAN do it the old fashioned way too, either by rolling dot multi with mana and hitting the influence exalt on the chaos mod, or rolling the chaos mod with dot multi then lock suffix reforge mana

recombination. You buy a lot of bases and roll prefixes on magic and throw them into the recombination to make 2 prefix rares

recomb is good but since youre new, it will be hard to learn/get bases early on. can look up some videos, mostly just useful for the body armor recomb

either recomb with non-elevated mods then elevate later, or beast lock awk orb previews

on 30qual bases recomb isnt very advisable so beast lock would have to be it, with a lot of strands and donor bases

the elevated versions of those mods seem kind of inconsequential so maybe you dont need them, and the 30qual is also quite extra, so maybe you can get away with 20qual and unelevated mods, then the recombination plan gets a lot more viable

you cant double up exclusive mods anymore, so recombing with another unveiled prefix wouldnt help

the idea is to get rid of the bleed, and hopefully take the impale since it's a 1 in 5 to hit the impale off a natural unveil

and of course get rid of this fracture

the other option I could think of was to do a shaper suffix + t1 flat prefix + hopefully some NNN prefix (not sure if that even exists for weapon?) and then it's still a 50/50 to choose the shaper base, 50/50 to do suffixes first, and still 57% to get 3 prefixes IF an NNN prefix exists

20% is a max-tier version
7% block is a t3

you'd need to roll exceptional embers until you get the non-curse aura at t4, then 1x exceptional ichor, then orb of conflict for a 50/50 to get t5 aura

then do another 1x exceptional ichor and do another orb of conflict

probably take many tries and many rerolls but eventually you'll get the max tier
then overwrite your random ichor by rolling grand ichors until 7% block

but at what point exactly, i imagine before you even start rolling implicits you can recomb DD onto it

but then what, you can of course roll ur implicits then imprint the magic dd and maybe spam foulborn augments until it hits a t1 prefix, so you can imprint dd and the prefix and then start the crazy adventure of hitting everything else

i probably wouldnt be adding an essence attack speed personally, its a bit too much hassle, but its doable i suppose

you could spam the essence attack speed for t1 flat phys prefix, isolate them with annuls and that would be one of your recomb bases
