first of all, better suppress that 100% sure, then you could drop some resis not just on your chest, in many other pieces to replace them for other defensive things as you are way overcapped

best advice in this situations is going to poe ninja, filter by spark, ascendancy, some items and start looking at builds similar to yours

put a minimum eHP of idk, 100k, order them by dps and start looking what they have that u don't have

also for what i've seen, is your build a kind of mana stacker?

I've managed to get the build to a pretty decent spot so far, but most of my further upgrades seem fairly expensive, so what I was wondering was, how well does this build scale into some of the hardest content? Like 80-100% deli wisp breaches and speed killing ubers (It's a dot build, not expecting instakill speed, curious if it can do it fast when scaled enough)?

Things I've considered for improving it:
Change of position for the timeless jewel to give block chance and frenzy to save points
Primordial Bond + Rote Reinforcement for endurance charge generation
Level 21 Vaal Reap
Level 5 Empower
Reservation corrupt helm
Explode Wand (seems like a mirror?)
Aspect of the Spider ring (but I'd lose explode from Berek's, so ideally, I'd want the explode want first, yes?)

Damage is fine in 20-40% deli, but it isn't enough at 80%+, especially with wisps and if I get left with a breach boss. They're killable (depending?), but it's kind of slow

you also have no block (or suppress) without banners, so that's even less layers of defence up

there's no pantheon selected - i'm going to assume that's just a glitch on pobbin, but honestly it doesnt help much with the max hits

the build seems to rely so impressively much on banners that if you ever don't have your banners down, you're kinda fucked

i also assumed you would always be fortified and at max endurance charges - though that isn't always the case. i hope you can see the writing on the wall now that, your build isn't exactly tanky, especially if you're not upkeeping your banners

i'm honestly not sure why you even bother with ele res on gear, it's so attrociously bad without your banner planted that i feel like focusing on pure chaos res or damage would be a better use of your suffixes

honestly it just looks to me like part of the issue here is that this build is kinda bait, and part of the issue here is that it looks like a very active gameplay style build, which isn't the best fit for a newer player (which i imagine you are from how new-player-oriented the pob seems to be)

Highly recommend doing something that's not cyclone slayer. I helped a guy fix everything perfectly even make tailwind elusive double elevated boots and mageblood and it still struggled hard on t17 cuz u just don't get much dmg for that content unless u giga spend like a mirror on the build. There are infinity other build u can do for that budget just to be t17 viable.

This was last league and now they are easier as Nightmare Maps but still. If u wanna do juiced endgame content of a decent level is not worth the money to do cyclone imo unless ur such a lover of the build ur willing to go spend a mirror on it or more.

For a newer player like u id recommend something like ruetoo's elemental hit slayer instead

You're kinda headed down the wrong path, and you're starting to get close to the maximum DPS you can get with that sort of build.

So to really improve over that you're almost certainly going to have to shift to a different sort of KB Elementalist. So you'll want to shift some of your ascendancy passives, (Shaper of Winter is just... Extremely disappointing) and also some of your normal passives, so you can go to use cluster jewels.

Pretty much all the high-end Elementalists are herald-stackers, so that means getting a Lost Unity ring, and getting some heralds, so you can take advantage of their extremely juiced cluster passives. (Endbringer gets you up to a 60% global damage increase) This all stems from just how good the Bringer of Ruin ascendancy notable is: 66% increased effect & 66% increased mana reservation efficiency lets heralds contribute a huge amount of your damage.

I haven't done much 100% deli, and from what I understand, it cuts down your damage significantly, that plus using 1-2 wisp scarabs makes some rares/breach bosses pretty tanky at my current gear level. That's why I was asking how effective the build is when you want to push some of the more juiced up content.

I'm fine in 20-40% deli currently, but it seems like the next few upgrades are pretty expensive for me, aside from maybe 21 vaal Reap.

In order to get a aspect of the spider ring, I need to drop berek's, which means I need more explode, like a wand, and in order to have the mana to run spider, I need the reservation helm? All of which is pretty costly, a good explode wand looks to be around a mirror alone

also you are stacking mana for whispers of infinity that gives you flat chaos damage off it, but you have a very low flat damage roll there, i think its more important than anything else there

You said it handles all content, do ubers die fast, and is a 100% deli/breach/wisp map pretty quick to clear? the build is insanely busted, even without golden charletan. Gems (comp, minion pact, eclipse) will be like 100d, hh basically free, gloves are a fracture craft (10-20d max), cluster jewels will be like 150d, explode elevated body 50d or less if you self craft

grace for weapon + rare shield to fill in resists and block cap, basically free. double elevate boots (+2 specter if u wanna be slow, tailwind if u wanna be zoomy) like 20-30d to craft

it should definitely be under 500d unless u try to buy the heart of destruction forbidden jewels, or go golden charletan

this would mean you get corrupted blood immunity from a jewel and normal bleed from steelskin

immortal call and molten shell cant work together, just use molten shell - immortal call somehow lowers your ehp when it works

also disabling your perfect agony right now over doubles your dps, you want some hit chance as well, i mean precision, or some other ways to get accuracy

crimson dance is also not worth it, also check out double strike as a main skill (should be more damage at least), and try this mod on gloves. something like this on links and taking out perfect agony will bring you to almost 1m dps with zero changes and thats with 71% hit chance

I fixed the minion life number as well. It should be the base hp found on poedb page for Unholy Abberation at lvl 84 because ur spectre is raised at lvl 84. Ur total increase for minion life can be found from total minion life of any spectre u add to the list of spectres divided by his base hp then times that base hp of the unholy abberation.

In this case:

(497960 / 46843) x 494,131 = total minion hp = 5252812

Looking at the gear yr missing a lot of the max life rolls that he has which will give ua lot less life and u can massively improve ur gloves with fracturing life regen or one of the res, then essence the other res and hit either second decent res or Life regen

Ur flasks are some weird resistance setup which aren't like his. He has better flasks and urs won't always be up so ur gonna be missing res when u need it often

Once u buy the body armor get urself the empower too it's big dmg
