Yeah you could.

Degen is still your enemy, but you have rejevenation totem for that theoretically.

Plus that's how you do ultimatums and sims relatively safely.. with taht much armor you aren't dying.

Your main issue is that you can't fit a light of meaning in a "good" spot.. it's one reason the Ascendent is used... they have more EHP defenses.

So Basically you have to either push discipline up to absurd levels, and/or also get a HUGE ES chest/helm to compensate.

The mask is a great helm, but it is REALLY low on ES.. and you also lose out on the boost for 100% more ES from helmet because it's boost is so low

You'd have to spend a lot on a rare chest and rare helm (with AE) to make up for the ES/EHP.. and you'd lose the benefits of the mask.

Well ok, so the fotification is good.. no doubt... BUT EHP is really all it's giving you... and it's not going to be as good as 9k-13kES.

You will lose a little armour too, but you'll still have better EHP with the big ES pool.

So again without mirrors worth of improvements..... I would suggest scion.

That way you can get a light of meaning and unnatural instinct and immediately gain like 3k+ ES.. and then also more ES node access around her start point

yes you would lose fortification, but if you toggle it on and off. it's only giving you about 2-3k max phys hit... higher ES+armor/block gives you more.

If there's a way to do it other than how I suggested it'll take a better aurabot builder than me to find it.. or like 10 mirrors heh.

The reason is then you don't need to compensate for stuns/freeze, and poison is your main enemy.. that or take the one where you don't take damage from burning ground.

Nah that's fine with your armour, or should be.

If you're really that worried about it, repath to fix it (you have 4 levels you can work with) and run tempest shield, and you can drop glancing blows.

But honestly you shouldn't have any problems with that armour and fortification. That's one of the advantages to TAKE champion in the first place. If you don't use it then you might as well just be a scion haha

Uh.. you can.. IF all you want to do is map.

However, if your carry ever wants to boss, or isn't constantly killing and there are SUPER/MEGA tanky mobs you could have it run out and get locked and can't move/act

So it's a tradeoff.. honestly using the pantheon to just fix it is really easy.. or just use Mageblood and put that stuff on flasks.

But it's up to you.. it's a simple and effective solution ONLY IF you can keep killing

The problem is that there wasn't enough damage against blue mobs on the 16.5 8 mod map under the scarabs, and in addition, the aurabot didn't handle that much damage, which is why I often died.

automation and spell echo can't be imbued since they are support gems, so your options are steelskin and FBoWB

steelskin definitely being the easier one to farm an imbue on, since it's cheaper to get 20/20s of.

I sold both builds because I burned out, but now I’ve decided to grit my teeth and put them back together just because it’s frustrating that it didn’t work out.
Maybe you could share some tips or an updated build. Specifically, in the build I posted, some of the gems and runes are outdated because they’ve either been changed or removed entirely.
I tried using regular gems instead of Avakened ones, and for some unique items, I either didn’t take them or chose them based on whether they had the primary stat or not.

We run 100% deli juiced to the tits content, and we only die when we zone out a bit. Or if we fuck up something on unforgiving mods (-20 all res with ele pen or somee shit combos like that)

Characters are also completly useless if not linked

So no1 = link always up. no2 = run from banner to banner

If u run maps with 50% block

I unspec 2 mana nodes, and the wand wheel that has wandslinger into the righeous fury wheeel

well for that build u'll need to go for life stacker gear, craft rings and amulet for life stacker, the rings with 50% inc prefix, and the amulet with 100% pref. for RF get this node, it will help with regen, and getting more fire res is a must, even if u need to use purity of fire

also remember to tatoo fire res on this section of the tree

other than that, u'll need to see if its worth using energy blade, you have some ES but its not the highest

there is also a item that makes the ES u gain on armour be converted to life, can be a very good option

Honestly, I'm just trying to solve a problem on my build, but I'm quite unfamiliar with the tech so I'm struggling a bit. I'm playing a BV Glad with rathpith and dissolution of the flesh. It's pretty tanky at this point, but I'm pretty sure the dissolution of the flesh is killing me in certain scenarios. I.e.: in certain scenarios almost all of my life gets reserved - recently that's been the case mostly in Delve encounters where I'm taking damage frop the environment but not always getting hit so much, I think is the reason?? For example, upon refreshing my BV, I pay partially with life (rathpith + life mastery), but in the interim more life gets reserved. I've read about synergies with petrified blood and eternal youth, but as I said, pretty new to this tech so I'm a bit lost. The question about lifetap was just because that should only increase that problem, but clearly others are using it so I'm sure I'm missing a trick.

afaik the way it works is that every point of life gives you 0.37 points in the weighted sum in this example, and every point of ele res gives you 1 point, and every point of chaos res gives you 1.4 points
and the min weighted sum at the top, in this case 100, will only show you items that have 100 combined points between those mods

You're already at functional DOT cap. Dot builds can not do more than DOT cap DPS.

If you want more real DPS, swap to a hit based PB with explodey. The clear will be worse, but probably not by much, but the bossing DPS should be a LOT higher.

If you're dying, it's likely because shotgun + ailment. Check that you have burning ground + desecrated ground immunity. Since you're not taking Assassin's ailment immunity, it's somewhat likely you're getting shotgun poisoned/bleed and then you just die since there's no immunity. Ignite immunity does NOT work on burning ground, either enemy spawned or from map mods. Check your pantheon.

In terms of DPS, your "easiest" option is to reflect a helical. Alternatively, you can swap to a Adorned + Voices setup.

ahhh. that makes sense. thats why it feelt so out of date. this is a 3.27 build. this will generally not feel good for the investment in 3.28 due to nerfs. if you want to fix it still. your gloves are not converting enough physical to elemental. you need a total of 60% also missing damage with hits on chilled enemies. your bereks respite is wrong. if i remember correctly you need both ignite and shock explosion. since it chains then. your ring doesnt chain. Lost unity with unchanged implicit will provide you with some more defences. but this build relies on HH buffs for defences mainly looks like. so you just have to play accordingly.

there is some more things missing here and there like the shield is not quite there. it all adds up in general to less dmg less tank

i would recommend to sell it all and look into minion pact Blade Vortex this league. for the same price you probably get 30x dmg

and more easily invest into defences after that

first u need to start using corrupted items to make corrupted essence worth. i dont like that shield because you lose block when yo take dmg, so i would change it and to tank more i always recomend enduring composure, you can get 4 endurance charges easily

dont need to be %, it can be flat, the problem is that every 200 mana you spend your helm increases the cost by 47% and the helm dont limit the increase of cost you can have, so the ideal is to have 2-3k mana cost every four seconds, as "recently" is 4 secs

and with 1500-2000 regen per second u can sustain that with no problem

600-700 mana cost per second should do it

yes, but the pobs you've chosen to showcase are three different variants on a build and you're comparing their raw dps/ehp, which is quite literally what minmaxing is.

i would recommend playing none of those 3 variants - play a version of the build that is a budget version, cheaper and worse than all 3, and then see how you feel about it, before committing to a specific version

perhaps you feel like 22mil hit dps just isn't enough for you and you'll be willing to sacrifice the ehp to get the 41mil. or perhaps you'll find out you just hate the way that cast on crit cyclone feels to play with fross and the entire build makes you sad about life

those mods dont exist for body armour, at least i didnt find any on trade. i would say a good way to increase your dmg is buying a infused cyclone with lifetap and using power charge on crit, with 14 power charges you go from 8,6m to 12m. for the chest you can use a +1 curse (hunter) with crit on attacks (elder) or a essence reduced extra damage from crit strikes with crit (elder). and you need to fix your accurary ASAP
