i would get a screen protector now since its not like before with the 2.5d glass making them look ugly. the displays all flat so it goes all the way to the edge

I tend to drop my phone a lot so I get screen protector installed and a case on the phone right away

for my 5C I used a case without a screen protector and there were a few close calls. On the 6s I got an otterbox defender with the screen protector and that was through hell with stuff getting stuck between it and the display. For this 12 Pro Max been liking using a separate glass screen protector from the case and its been holding on for 3 years now, just some air bubbles popping up after I accidentally dumped liquid on it recently. Ridges on the case have help stopped it from getting ruined, mainly worried about the back glass but that has held up decently.

even when I dropped the phone down a few rows (like it tumbled down a staircase) at a movie theater. They had a pre movie game thing with an app to use with the big screen.

i get a screen protector and never remove it unless it got scratches or i broke it. i never use an iphone without a screen protector

I have one on, it’s not really for protection but it’s because dust collects like everywhere on the screen when going in and out my pockets and it laying around, but at the start I had it off
