#Would you guys recommend switching to magsafe charger from lightning charger?

I use lightning
I prefer lightning just because I believe wired over wireless and moreover I know that the heat produced during wireless impacts battery much more than standard wired charging
If you have multiple Apple such as iPhone, Apple and AirPods I recommend using a MagSafe 3-in-1 charging dock..
I’d prefer the wired lighting cable, your phone gets less warm/hot, and it charges way faster.
I’m using this charger from Belkin..
Yeah true I charge my iPhone every night so charge speed doesn’t matter to me
Yupp then it doesn’t matter, but if you need your phone to be charged within 30 mins, lighting cable would definitely charge it way more than a mag safe would.
Yeah true, if I get low on battery i use my MagSafe power back.
i use an anker charger and it’s significantly faster than wireless charging
but then again, my phone doesn’t have magsafe
What phone you have
iphone se 2nd gen
When I was that released again
Why don’t it have MagSafe when it was released in 2020 and my 11 was released in 2019 and it has MagSafe
because it’s a budget iphone and they didn’t see it fit to include magsafe
well sadly apple disagreed
How stupid
agreed
Wireless is slower but probably more convenient then cable
I use MagSafe
I use MagSafe to every I put my iPhone & Apple Watch on my the MagSafe charger every night.
MagSafe is slower but more convenient. Lighting (depending on charging brick) is faster
Lighting is very fast (20w - mine)
On iPhones you can (depending on model) get 27W
