I recommend taking the CS50 courses.
I highly recommend the courses in the following order:
CS50: Introduction to Programming with Python
CS50: Introduction to Computer Science
Then, after that you can take the course that suits your field.
I personally don't think you need both
Just one is enough
The introduction to computer science one is a better course imo
I'm actually doing the sec-ond one without doing the first and it's like so much I don't know.
Like so much to learn about programming as well as computer science
I'm discovering very new things about both.
Sp, if you need both skills, then go ahead and do both or if you think you are good enough in programing, then the second one is enough.
The thing is, the second one gives you a much more well rounded foundation to become a programmer. With the second one alone, you'll be able to pick up the skills required for you to easily learn how to program yourself. That makes doing the python one a bit of a waste of time as you don't need your hand to be held
If you don't care about actually becoming a well-rounded coder, then the introduction to python one by itself is enough
