when the game starts, the white piece moves first and that does okay but as soon as i move a black piece near a white piece, it disappears and then it gives me index errors

i added promotions to this one and the right menu shows the black king piece already though it shouldn't

i also added some bug identifiers and it always came out with Error: Mismatch in lengths. white_pieces: 12, white_locations: 11
