Regarding learning and structuring, I am extremely new to full-stack dev and know jackshit about js and minimal about CSS and HTML.

What in terms of web development would be good practice for going about it? Should I develop mobile first, then scale to desktop and what is bad practice and good practice?

Online courses and videos recommended would also be helpful, if it's not asking too much I would also like to learn about methods you guys used to learn or note-taking/project managing strategies. I plan on starting my projects soon as well but my managing skills are hot garbage.

Freecodecamp and The Odin Project are both pretty solid. I personally learnt from trial and error and reading mdn web documentation 😂

Learn some basics and then just start playing around is always good but there's no universal best way to learn
