The backup codes aren't stored by Discord... If they gave you backup codes they were only accessible while you were viewing them. You needed to copy them and store them securely.

If you don't have access to the authenticator app and you do not have backup codes your only option is to reach out to Discord's support and hope they have an account recovery process (very unlikely).
