I would start with following along with a tutorial first. That will give you a basis for exploring your own things.

Afterwards, I would start trying to make projects; simple games at first so that you can reinforce the basics while also challenging yourself in the process of building something.

Googling, asking for help, peeking at tutorials are all part of the learning process

Not for game development specifically unless you mean the conceptual ideas of game design

If you want to ask for resources, you'll probably want to mention what language and engine you're interested in learning

Oh right now I’m just Learning on pygame and I’m trying to learn how to make games good on python then move on to whatever unity uses

Unity uses c#, unreal uses cpp, it's your choice to use any of them
