i didnt find anything on google search, so im asking here,

how do i make a batch file run something like " cd pathname" then
"node main.js" on startup/boot of the computer?

Can't you just put the batch file in the startup folder?

The way you wrote it in the first post,
run.bat -> cd pathname -> node main.js
And put the run.bat in shell:startup path
