I'm trying to learn web development i one dont know where to start its very intimidating creating a replit website and seeing html, css and javascript there and i was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction and what to learn.

If you want to learn web developement from the absolute basic then I can teach you but if you have even a single bit of experience then I would recommend learning the easy languages like html css and react js(because trust me it is way better than normal js or node js) then move onto some harder languages like SQL, java, php, c etc
