Weapon Cards for Evolved Edition

Hey Alien fans!

Here comes 74 new weapon cards for the Evolved Edition... It includes:

• 14 Pistols
• 7 SubMachine Guns
• 8 Shotguns & CQW's
• 17 Assault rifles
• 5 Flamethrowers
• 4 Sniper rifles
• 12 Heavy weapons
• 7 Melee weapons

I have tried to balance the weapons as much as I could, but if you disagree let me know...
See if you find some errors... All feedback is welcome...

If you have downloaded it before, you should download it again to get all the new updates...

Getting these printed today. The automatic machine cuts the top edge but I can live with that.

Wonderful! (Shame about the edges though, sh*t happens). I haven't even printed my own yet, you beat me too it 😆 Did they otherwise turn out good?

They have come out excellent. Very clear.

All cut out and trimmed. They're smaller than a playing card so I'm going to back them onto playing cards. Gives them a bit more stability.

Love them! Could you share the template and the weapon images you used for them? I would like to tweak them a little to fit my printing service requirements.

Ok, what did you want to do exactly? I mean, collecting all the PSD templates, fonts and all 74 cutout masked weapon pictures (photoshop files) will take quite a lot of time to compile and share... I rather not spend that time without knowing what your predicament is? Why can't your "printer service" print the cards as is? I'm curious...

For cards my printing service only accepts bridge size. In order to avoid distorting the image I believe is better to change the proportions on the template. In addition i would like to translate them into spanish. I would just need the template for one of the cards, the fonts and if possible the extracted weapon images. I can copy the values by myself. Hope this is not too much work and any help is welcome.

Ok, that is a bit weird that they don't print "Poker size cards"? Oh well, then you will need to put all the cards into your own templates. The bridge size cards have the 57mm x 89mm size (see example below). Or perhaps your print shop might do that for you when they layout it for printing (there will be some additional white on the sides on Bridge size cards)...

The best I can do without spending to much time on this, I will share all the cards in "BLANK" without the stat texts etc. So then you are able to translate them to Spanish yourself... ZIP file:

The many Fonts used on the original cards are paid copyright fonts, so I used extremely similar fonts which you need to download yourself. The main fonts are:

TITLE TEXT: "XM Vahid (bold)". If you want to change the name titles, you need to "paint" over the english titles and write your own text...
STAT TEXTS: "Haas Grot Text Trial (55 Roman & 75 Bold)" & for special symbols: "Myriad Pro (Regular)"...
Just google and download the fonts from different sites...
