#Cant play the game anymore

Cant play from Russia at all anymore, I don't have anything on like VPN or other services but quick match doesn't connect and custom games doesn't load lobbies. "Now it's stuck on updating resources 1/0"

at first I though it's an issue on my part and when I turned off my "VPN" it worked again, but for the last 3 days it wasn't allowing me to play at all. This is really upsetting as I'm a big fan of the game and play it every day :c

Sorry for the bad experience.

Please press Win + R on your keyboard, then enter the following command:
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\RecreateGames\PartyAnimals

Then delete all the files in this folder and try again.

If the above methods do not work, please visit our website https://support.partyanimals.com/login to create a ticket. In the ticket, kindly provide the following details:

  1. Your 17-digit Steam ID
  2. The game logs that have recorded the problem.
  3. The specific model of your graphics card and your device model.

Please follow the steps below to get the log:

  1. Quit game.
  2. Right click "Party Animals", then click "Properties". Type "-log" in the "Launch Options", and close the Properties window.
  3. Restart the game. Then in Steam Library, right click "Party Animals ", then "Manage", then "browse local files". In the pop-up windows, you will see log files named "2025-xx-xx_xxxxxxxxx-Laptop Name". Each game session will generate one log.
  4. Try to reproduce the issue and remember the time when you encounter it. Then quit the game, and ZIP all the log files.
