In this clip, they are real players. Blocking players doesn't actually block them and just replaces their names with bot names.

I didn't block them. how are they actual human players when it's chinese names with a 20 points total score for achievements? those 2 hints combined makes them 99% bots
plus when you do nothing like stay idle, they don't attack, they just roam around. clearly scripted bots

I only had like 4 players blocked- for spamming or talking trash.
what's the probability of "randomly" facing those exact players again and again?
anyway idk what to think anymore. maybe I'll stop playing the game if Recreate won't get their sht together.
last stand pool is so low, we are just forced to play against toxic sweats abusing moves and ruining all the fun.

Probability of encounting blocked players is high because of low player count and the MMR match making. It's also possible they blocked you and that's why you can't see their names/real profile details. With those moves, they can't be bots, only real players act like that and they are using pass skins which bots never use.

Doesn't matter if you didn't block anyone, others can still block you and the outcome will be the same, their profiles and names will appear as bot names. In your clip, not only are they behaving like a human player but they're also wearing a skin that a bot cannot possibly wear 🥹
