Bots do not attack on the bridge

1. Which modes did the issue occur in? Was it Quick Match or Custom Game?
2. Does the issue occur randomly or reproducibly?
3. The exact time and date you encountered the issue, including your time zone.

1 - The problem happened on the bridge map
2 - It was the first time I saw this happen (current patch).
(A curious fact was that this match started with 4 X 0 Players (and the bots only entered in round 2)
3 - It happened around 1:30 ~ 2:00 in the morning Brazilian time
