#Loose change x2 gave only one coin

I was on level 16 of the fairy pass, I had 0 loose change coins. I got 2 levels from doing daily challenges, level 17 (1xcoin) and level 18(2xcoin). When inspecting my wallet, I only had 2 coins meaning from 3 coins that I should've gotten, got only 2.

Adding in video evidence for myself. I haven't spent any Loose Change since the event started. It shows rewarding me a total of 3 upon the end of the game where I leveled up, but when the level-up screen happens, it shows awarding only two. I currently have 10, and should have 11. ^^

wew finally a reaction from PA staff pa_OttaBop first, thanks for acknowledging it. second, what are you plans besides a fix? are we expecting a refund or free coins to make it up?
obviously you won't unlock the fairies that the claw 'missed'. looking forward to your next move

I did get an x2 tier properly today, so the issue may have been fixed in the latest patch.

Regarding the issue of the missing Loose Change, **this situation occurs only when two tiers are leveled up simultaneously, and one of the rewards is Loose Change x2. **
Our technical team has fixed it in version 1.10.3 on 2025-02-03.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Regarding the issue of the missing Loose Change, **this situation occurs only when two Tiers are leveled up simultaneously, and one of the rewards is Loose Change x2. **

However, after double-checking, we confirmed that you were missing** only** one Loose Change due to this bug that occurred when you leveled up both Tier 14 and Tier 15 simultaneously.

Here are the details:
On 2025-01-31 at 21:43:43 UTC+0, you leveled up both Tier 14 and Tier 15 simultaneously and were supposed to receive Loose Change x3, but only received Loose Change x2.
And on 2025-01-31 at 22:41:31 UTC+0, you leveled up to **Tier 17 **and correctly received Loose Change x1.
Then, on 2025-01-31 at 22:42:19, 22:42:38, and 22:43:03 UTC+0, you consumed those 3 Loose Changes.

On 2025-02-01 at 05:55:15 UTC+0, you leveled up to** Tier 18** and correctly received Loose Change x2.
**You then consumed these 2 Loose Changes **on 2025-02-01 at 05:56:14, and 05:56:33 UTC+0.

On 2025-02-03 at 06:12:46 UTC+0, you leveled up to** Tier 20** and correctly received Loose Change x1.
However, you consumed this Loose Change on 2025-02-03 at 06:13:33 UTC+0.

Later, on 2025-02-04 at 22:39:46 UTC+0, you leveled up to Tier 21 and** correctly received Loose Change x2**, which matches the results shown in the screenshots you provided.
