Hey there,

Regarding the ''microphone'' issue, please try the following steps:

  1. Check Microphone Settings: Go to Settings > Sound > Microphone and ensure the correct input device is selected.
  2. Controller Microphone Toggle: If you're using the DualSense controller's built-in mic, ensure it's not muted (orange light indicates mute is on).
  3. Open the game and go to Settings -> Sound to test the microphone. (If the microphone is far away, please try moving it closer.)
  4. If there is sound, click on the microphone icon in the bottom right corner of the game to adjust the listening range. (The microphone range and listening range should be the same, the microphone will not function when the listening range is turned off.)
  5. If the volume is low (for example, only 1-2 bars), please try increasing the microphone volume through an external sound card or audio software.
  6. Restart the Game and Console.
