If the issue occurs again, please kindly follow these steps to check the Surprise Egg record:
- Open the Item Shop.
- Select the Surprise Eggs section.
- Click on the "counterclockwise arrow" located at the top of the Surprise Eggs section.
It will enable you to review your most recent 30 Surprise Egg Records.
