Hey there,
Please follow the steps below to fix it:
- Open “Geforce Experience”
- On the main page, click the “DRIVERS” tab. The program will automatically detect the latest version. If you already have the latest version, click on "Reinstall driver”
- Click on “Download”
- Once the download is completed, select the "Custom Installation” button
- In the pop-up window, check the box for "Perform a clean installation”, then click the "Install" button
- Click on “Close” after the installation
Besides, if the issue persists, please try verifying the integrity of the game files.
-Please right-click Party Animals in the Steam library and open ''Properties''.
-Then click ''Verify the file integrity'' in ''Files installed'' and wait for it to finish.
-It will work after verifying.
Thanks for your support!
OK I reinstalled the driver from Geforce Experience and verified the integrity. Nothing. I even restarted my laptop just to see if that worked after doing those steps. Still nothing
Dear @humble hinge, sorry that the above methods did not resolve your issue.
Please visit our website https://support.partyanimals.com/login to create a ticket. In the ticket, kindly provide the following details:
- Your in-game ID.
- The exact time and date you encountered the issue, including your time zone.
- The resolution of your computer screen and the Resolution & Preset settings in the game.
- The relevant video.
- The game logs that have recorded the problem.
Please follow the steps below to get the log:
- Quit game.
- Right click "Party Animals", then click "Properties". Type "-log" in the "Launch Options", and close the Properties window.
- Restart the game. Then in Steam Library, right click "Party Animals ", then "Manage", then "browse local files". In the pop-up windows, you will see log files named "2024-xx-xx_xxxxxxxxx-Laptop Name". Each game session will generate one log.
- Try to reproduce the issue and remember the time when you encounter it. Then quit the game, and ZIP all the log files.
Note: “-log” could degrade the game performance, please remove it after you have obtained the logs.
Thanks for your patience and support!
Well it seems the game has been fixed by surprise. Guess I had to do was reinstall the game driver a couple of times and it worked
Great to hear that!
Keep enjoying Party Animals and have a nice day.
