#How to read .logx files? (can't log in, 10035/10002)

Platform: Windows 11

I'm trying to troubleshoot some connectivity issues a friend is facing, but the .logx files aren't pure text files and are unreadable as is.

For the information, the issues are error code 10035 or 10002 when trying to login after launching the game (during the "Recreate" title screen).

Happens 100% of the time after the latest patch.

We've tried disabling the firewall/antivirus (Defender), changing the DNS setting to use Google DNS, checking the host file, resetting the DNS cache through ipconfig/netsh commands... basically all the "intermediate level" troubleshooting steps.

Hey there,

If your friend has enabled any game accelerator, please turn it off and try again.
If convenient, please try another network.

If possible, please ask your friend to visit our website directly at [https://support.partyanimals.com/login] to create a ticket and provide two screenshots of their network status. This will help us further identify the cause of the issue.

  1. Open the command prompt.
  2. Paste the command line without quotes: "curl -vl https://partyanimals.com" and press Enter. Take a screenshot of the returned information.
  3. Paste the command line without quotes: "curl -I https://letsencrypt.org" and press Enter. Take another screenshot of the returned information.

Once we receive the screenshots, we will investigate the issue and get back to you as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience and support.
