Game freeze on map voting

uh that's new.. you can see the cursor stutters. full 8 seconds freeze so I couldn't even vote
Aside from that I've never had such problem before, some frame drops yes but not that kind of solid freeze

ok I'm relaunching the game.. it keeps happening
