To assist us in investigating the issue further, could you please provide us with the following information:

  1. Which game mode was the Smash you played in - Quick Match or Custom Game?
  2. Was it during a specific part of the game (e.g. during a round, while loading the map, while selecting Pawers, or at the end-game screen/podium)?
  3. Does the issue occur randomly or reproducibly?
  4. The exact time and date you encountered the issue, including your time zone.
  5. The relevant video.
  6. The specific model of your Xbox console.

Additionally, it would be very helpful if you could provide a screenshot of the Pawers being used by all players before the crash (the scoreboard appearing at the end of each round).

Had the same today again.

  1. Smash Quick game
  2. Round 2
  3. he had the "disguise" power and was shown as my team member. he shot me with the taser and then touched me and got electrified, too. after that, only his nametag was visible for the rest of the round
