AI can move before everyone on round start

No I'm not talking about the special thing on first round. They are allowed to move before every. single. round. starts. Clip attached. Definitely not happening in all modes/maps, so I don't know what triggers that bug but it's not the first occurrence I've witnessed it. Please fix

I assume it was AI as its nickname is two words with first letter capitalized and they were not behaving/reacting like a human player

totally agree, i used to see bots could go first and knock me out at the starting time ... but it happened only in beat-up bridge

@sage mirage playing on NA and that player was able to move on Bent up bridge before round started. is it a real player or AI (looks like their name means Bear) and when will you fix this issue?

P.S. seems like both AI and players can randomly move before the round starts
