not a problem with party animals, if you had nitro at all at any point on this account, you are not eligible to get nitro, it's just a discord thing

if you go to user settings > billing, and there is any transaction, you're not able to get it

To claim 1 month of free Discord Nitro, you will need to meet the following requirements:

1. Users who have never had an active Nitro membership on their Discord accounts are eligible to redeem this Nitro promotion.
2. Users who have had a Discord Nitro membership at any point on their accounts and have had a Nitro Classic or Nitro Basic membership in the past 12 months are ineligible to redeem this promotion.

The free nitro was available at the presents inventory, but now it's gone... i wanted to redeem it today (as my current subscription is ending). if I am ineligible, why wast it at my inventory in the first place? It feels like it was stolen from the inventory. Also, i wont get the halloween skin because of that?

Discord inventory didn't include a discord nitro code, it was a Party Animals code. The free Nitro trial was a unique link that you could click in game but because of the way Discord Nitro trials work, there are heaps of restrictions and limitations.

i have only ever had gifted nitro and no transactions are in my discord so does this mean i am not eligible for the skin?
