When you attempt to report someone, it will also ask if you want to upload your private messages with them, even if there are none, but it is mandatory. If you click no, it cancels the report. The problem is it's currently broken. When you try to upload messages, you get the loading animation, then it fails, which prevents the report from going through.

I click 'yes' even though the chat is empty and it works.

still doesnt work for me, i'm on north america server, not sure if that matters

but it's not that big of a deal, just reporting bug

i can find games and join friends, doesnt seem to be a network issue on my end
