The in game voice chat BETWEEN Xbox players is perfectly normal, but when a pc player talks/crossplay the Xbox player can’t hear them but not vice versa; the pc player can hear the Xbox player talk. This has been here since the game launched and I’m assuming just Not enough people have been reporting bugs for Xbox or not enough people have been using the in game voice chat.

Regarding the issue you reported about not being able to hear voice chat from strangers on Xbox, after confirming with the Xbox platform, we have determined that this problem is due to the lack of support in the Xbox SDK.
