Thanks for quick reply.. by any chance we can disable cross platform. It's really frustrating playing with input lag where other platform players landing punches quite precisely

Network stability was always 'Strong'. Network testing showing ignorable latency in Xbox but in game ping showing as 60~100ms, I believe that's not what causing the input lagm

No, it's not showing any message as I'm on Xbox Series S. It's just crashing and going to home screen. On opening the game, it's asking me to rejoin the game if session is alive. It happened just now as I'm typing this. Game started crashing more after recent update, it became unplayable

Wish I could record while it's crashing but as I'm on Xbox it records only when game is running. This is what happening for most of the games after recent update.. one thing I can say (but not sure) crashing occurs most of the time when I switch skin or character while in lobby or in locker. Sometimes it just crashes even when I don't switch skins.

Hello again hey the game was fixed for a couple days but now it's starting to crash again I just proceeded to play the cloud version until the problem gets resolved I just wanted to let you know if I should make another ticket or what should I do? 🙃🤔

We would like you to answer the following questions to help us pinpoint the possible problem:

1. When you go to the Skin Locker or the character selection screen before the game starts, does the crash occur when you select a character that has a Ghost Outfit?

2. If so, please provide us with the details of the character and the specific Ghost Outfit you selected when the crash occurred.
   Additionally, we recommend not selecting the Ghost Outfits for those characters and trying again.

3. If the game did not crash with Ghost Outfits, please let us know which character and skin you were using at the time of the crash.

Hi, I avoided ghost skins. Tried to select different skins while in lobby (not locker) before the game starts and it's crashing. It happened with Otto, Unicorn, duck almost all characters

Want to add my experience on Xbox. Game crashes while loading into a match or choosing a character before the match starts. Sometimes it does it twice back to back so I can't rejoin game. Doesn't matter what character I choose, it seems to crash no matter what. The most recent crash though I did notice it happened when I tried to choose a ghost macchiato. Seems to happen daily and sometimes twice a day even after restarting game.

Team must push hotfix for this crashing issue on Xbox 😦 It's very rare that I get friends to play in party, yesterday I was the only one playing on Xbox with friends on this server and my game crashed in almost all games. It's really frustrating and I started believing I'm just wasting my time in this to spend some time with friends. Out of 10 games , I could play only 1,2 games without crashing and I dint even change the outfits too ( I'm afraid to change the skin in lobby now).

I strongly believe a game should be enjoyed to play but not to get the frustration:v. I'm sure only for Xbox this game became unplayable, and after the recent update it became worse.

Hope you guys immediately push a fix for this on Xbox, dint want to say this but I just stopping myself from uninstalling the game thinking I could enjoy 1,2 games atleast.
