what are these? they sound like low liquidity pool of buyers/sellers, so when one big trader places a trade, it goes to the moon or to hell, not a balanced liquidity pool, these I stay away from.

Crwv is the hottest stock in the Nasdaq rn lol

They just get contracts and hedge funds start spam buying

exactly, new, low liquidity, it doesnt have the large pool of buyers/sellers like the big boys have, such as ES and NQ

when you have a balanced large pool of buyers and sellers, they will have a tug of war, this tug of war, are the market structures, push, pull back, then push, then pull back

very dangerous, sometimes, you cant even close a trade out, because there is no one to buy the position from you, then you are stuck, riding a loss with no control

when you need to close a trade, you are selling a position, but if there is no one to buy that from you, you are stuck

Ive never run into a situation where Ive had that happen I only trade the most liquid names not trading bio tech or spac BS

But I will be careful I never bet the house just making enough to live my life and have freedom and everyonce in a while I catch a nice move

Im very strict about my stock selection I only trade massive Braking catylyst, when we are in the right direction for the catylyst (general market), and I always get a technical entry with a tight stop

its entirely upto the individual as to where they place their stop loss/take profit but 6 pips is usually good for like FX, its just about experimenting what works and what doesn't. I hope you are profiting from the strategy though
