Yes that is normal.

For forex, we have different brokerages with their own exchanges and liquidity. Although visually, the candlesticks may look similar, but there will be slight differences underneath such as the liquidity pool and data feed that each forex broker exchange has available.

This is unlike the futures markets, as the futures are traded on a singular regulated exchange such as the Chicago CME. For forex on the otherhand, there are hundreds of individual FX broker exchanges, some regulated, some not.
