Price action is not a strategy indicator that gives you an entry like S&O, here you need to have a minimum of knowledge in basic technical analysis and also the ICT SMC concepts. But to put it simply, when I start a day, I look at the PDH and the PDL (the highest and lowest of the previous day), it's my price zone. Smart money tends to discharge to recharge, that's how you need a buyer to sell.

so it's my range, then I look at the supports and resistances in the different timeframes (the supports in high timeframe trend are always more valuable than those of the small ones, so it will depend on the risk I want to take). the stock market opening killzones are always the most volatile so that's where you can make money the fastest, each opening has its specificities London does not react like the NYSE and Asia is always the least liquid (so I don't trade it and anyway I sleep xD)

I also take into account liquidity zones which also act as support because they are liquidity zones (FVG, etc.), those of the small time frames are not worth much, on the other hand those of the high time frames must be taken into consideration.

you can also if you want to draw your fibonacci from the PDL to the PDH if you are not comfortable with the supports in trends. (diagonal line)

But in summary it must come to the feeling nothing is certain but it gives you confirmation notes and the more you take into account the more chance you have of having a winning trade.

GBPCAD is an interesting one - im in this trade and just DCA’ing. I went against my rules for this one. This has always been my plan for gbpcad - so i know its going to dump to 1.752 and 1.739. But, I got too cocky 😅 so entered early, but again early is relative - i can have a trade run for 3 weeks but I know it will be profitable.

A safer option would be to wait for rejections before taking the trade. So I wait for rejections around 0.618 and then just enter. Doesnt matter now - still in gbpcad short and waiting for when it dumps massively

Well I mostly try take away stuff from experts on here and other platforms, but also there tends to be a lot of noise in these discord groups (not referring to Lux Algo in particular), and sometimes nothing really insightful or meaningful from the experts, so it's a tough one

The most important thing in trading is risk management.

For instance for me today Gold's Price action is too choppy and trapped me, had a few stop losses hit, so I got out, and protected what is left of my capital to trade another time or day.
