It is called “bias”. Eurusd was an obvious buy, likewise xauusd

Get your bot to trade in the direction of the bias and youre good to go

Something similar i did in a past life - create a switch in your script that lets you set a bias. So lets say general bias is long - any short alert gets suppressed & only long alerts get sent to the broker

Haha. You never stop learning EWT. I normally dont use it now but i still follow the concept - that the market moves in waves (either impulse or corrective), and then using fib levels to forecast the price.

What i figured is - craft your own fib levels and you will start to see consistency. So instead of drawing wave 3, retracement 4 and then 5, with wave 1 & 2, backtest a fib level that works for your peak (wave 5). Do same for retracements and you might experience more success

In my opinion, since you mentioned your entries are pretty good, then I think the issue is greed, fear and greed.
Close your trades earlier and in profit. Dont try to go for it all. The markets are not going anywhere, they will be here tomorrow for more of your other great entries. Just take a small piece, and do it again and again...keep it simple

Be careful of these types of HA variation indicators. The actual price is pretty far away from the centipede looking price overlay indicator.

i modded it quite a lot to take a HTF into account before scalping on LTF

so these ones are a very strange verson if HA. they actually sit under the candle or over it. when trading you dont use the HA to trade unless you are an expert at the patterns. This version sits under it. There are simes i see the trend very fast. for example lok at the end part. at your CHoCH my version of HA stopped everything visually then it changed right at the end and i got a confirmation signal.

this i use at 3m. because these HA variation use severl HTF to show me a trend. Makes scalping pretty simple on XAU

There is no indicator that can predict the future but LUX indicators does gives you indepth 90% on your chart as to where the trend is moving or which candle has more volumes and the rest 10% is what you need to use your mind to trade accordingly .. Hope this helps 🙂

Well, there are not many videos about them, but I have been observing how for example when they are at the bottom of the range (it is colored red) the likelihood of it falling from there and creating a new lower range is certainly greater than it going up. I use the BBBO for entry & exit (enter on cross or even sometimes the appearance of red depending on circumstances and exit at the first sight of green). I use the 15m same setup for viewing the slightly bigger picture. The other side of the range is good for an initial stop also. Curious how others are using these!?
