Itchimoku indicator nope.

Those volumes are monte carlo system indicator. Lux also has a monte carlo one i believe but i use a other one.
What it does is basicly calculating thousands of possible routes for the price to go and gives the most likely one.
Cot reports are useful for longer term trading. Since they are previous week reports its to lagging for lower tf.

But i do look at them occasionally

Ive done it myself when i first started trading but never thousands, was usually always £300-500 accounts id blow at a time but still. Forex can be harsh at times especially if your new and dont follow proper risk management or know when to exit a trade

Yeah setting your SL at the point where your long is no longer valid, ie if your in a uptrend and its making HH/HL you could set your stop loss slightly under the last low, as you know if price breaks that HL and creates a LL its invalidated that long in terms of market structure so a trend change could be likely

Friday's I usually don't trade but this was yesterday trade on $10k Alpha .. went down to $10,589 with one small mistake with only $89 to breach the account but then I got the account back to $10,059.9 by the end of the day to breakeven @heady ginkgo

agree with this statement. Dont take challenges too seriously, Dont spend many weeks or a month trying to pass.
Its only a challenge, didnt cost that much.
If you were trying to stick with the 1% risk rule, increase to 2% and pass quicker. If you fail, you failed quicker instead letting this pain go on for weeks and weeks.

In my opinion, go all out on challenges and get it over with, pass it quicker with 2% or more.
Then once funded, yes, stick with 1% rule or whatever

This coming week there are lot of important events coming up and I think dollar index will keep increasing and eventually gold will be bearish
