ive got complete grade 3 complete tears on all the ligaments in my knee ( ACL/MCL) and grade 2 (PCL) so awaiting surgery where they cut some of my handstring muscle away to make new knee ligaments. Then ive got 2 years recovery to learn to walk again
in a full leg brace atm to attempt to prevent my knee completely going 24/7 but it still dislocates even with brace on. So i got to be careful because if i damage the cartiage too much ill need a complete knee replacement
