focus on one strategy and master it. Don't try to trade too many pairs either. My mistake in my early days of trading was constantly changing my strategy and trying to do too much. Id recommend watching Mickys lives what happen daily around 10-11am NY time where he talks about the markets, lux indicators and how he trades in his day to day life

After analyzing those number, you aiming for too many pips in a single trade that turns out to hit your SL after reversal, the only green trade you hit TP was where you aimed for small trend catcher ( 10-15 pip ) which worked out pretty good

i found pattern trading works best for me, always has and using the PAC indicator for the premium/discount zones etc help. What made me profitable was not changing my strategy every week and trying to learn everything and over complicating trading. Id have so much stuff on my chart id be getting conflicting bias and it would mess with my psychology and doubt my orignal analysis
but as i say it took 5 years to be profitable, takes some people longer and some people shorter amount of time. One day it'll click though. Just takes patience and willing to put the time in to learn the behaviour of a given pair etc. Trading is a skill, people go uni to study and learn their future job. Trading no different. Takes time
exactly no two traders are the same, even if they use the same strategy you'll find over time the results will differ due to emotions, psychology etc

i also found using very small lots on a real account whilst learning was better for my psychology than using a demo. Using a demo even sub conciously changed how i traded as it wasnt real money. Not suggesting you do that, just saying thats how i learnt

yeah no point trying to risk more until you are consistently profitable. Don't be put off by not being profitable yet or start comparing yourself to other people (which i used to do seeing people make a lot and im losing money - it puts you off and you start wondering what am i doing wrong ) - we're all at different points in our trading journey but your in the right place to learn and become profitable 🙂
