so if you put your sl based on a key level,use atr to determine the sl location near the key level

What I've found to be very successful is to wait for OB to be broken, and then look for regular divergance on matrix oscillator. Since OB seems to be logical stop hunt levels. And long/short to the opposite OB.

Are you talking about webhooking to mt4? Also you realise that if you trade on every trigger without confluence, your losses could outweigh your profits. e.g. 4 side ways trades are wrong as its a low volume time and then the market opens and it goes the wrong way ect...

I would recommend the triagger as an alert then you can pay attention to read the chart. and assess whether to enter or not.

You could consider using back testing provided by lux to see if you can reduce time frames and getting a low draw down and good profit factor over than 2.

learn your technicals and global politics and history so you dont just rely on just fundamentals for example...

Both have somewhat inverse correlation, but not a perfect inverse relationship.
Please keep in mind, gold is a precious metal commodity, and the Dollar is currency.
Typically, the correlation or inverse correction would have a closer relationship with currency pairs vs currency pairs, such as EUR/USD vs.DXY, both are currency.

I think since while Biden is generally a confused lost president, the people behind him have been doing a decent job with economic news... If its good news, I can see a lot of pressure on XAU..
