i backtested GJ, for 6 months, very good results, moves less than US 100, but still very very good

i sent this morning, was away from the charts

i also backtested only with trend catcher, without tracer and candle confirmation, very good results, a bit more SL, BUT when aiming 1:2 and putting SL at BE after 1R some months was 100% on the account

hi fero, been using a version of your strat for a while, and thanks yoni...great feedback, thanks both...if someone can figure out the lux backtester, one could use air's pretty awesome NCBS indicator he wrote, and run all the scenarios to see what the results look like...everytime i mess with the backtester i get a big failburger bc i apparently am choosing the wrong criteria, unsure of how exaclty to input the color codes etc....if someone is adept with the backtester, however, i would love to collaborate, please let me know

I would suggest first going through www.babypips.com and that way you understand pips and forex. Then figure out how to use the indicators and understand them after that. Create trading rules for yourself and don't follow someone blindly. You can use a strategy but there is no 100% win indicator. It is only used to help not to trade for you.

Old school just writing down everything. I write first here and then home i see and sign down everything.
Anyway signals on US100 have in London and New York an incredible accuracy….. (together with overlays…. I don’t take every signal blindly). And it works fantastic. Just wait and when some strange lines match the color with the signal is done ✅. I just rely 💯 % on them and I m good . If I start to do with my head I lose. So I just don’t even think anymore …. Just looking lines signs and colors. So simple I couldn’t imagine . If works for me works for everybody!

More I trade and more I see that trading is not that difficult … my strategy is simple and effective that sometimes I let trade my daughter 7 years old (of course I look over her) but yet she knows lines , colors and she could actually do it (she knows even exit signals …. OB and swing of course she can’t). …. But even other strategies are quite simple and effective . 90% of problems in trading are in the head of the trader, greedy or not accepting the lose are major problems. …. I m trying to overcome them …. And for now struggling to not take other trades but still I m resisting

Consider you have to take away from every trade a 0.01% which is my spread … so when I start the trade I m down for 2.5$ each 1.000$ dollar I invest. So for 4.000$ traded you start with a minus 10$ to make an example. It’s call skilling and is a Swedish company

Nasdaq is flying (I could have stayed more) but I just do as I backtested … get out a TP1 (next swing or x signal) and I m profitable with that

Emotions will always be there but what makes you successful is once you find something that works you stick to it .even after years of trading i have some emotions. Wrong it is not the rr any1 can click button and get money. You need to know when to exit if it goes against you. It could simply not hit my sl on the first time but if i simply don't like the trade anymore i just get out and close at a minor profit or loss

These things come with experience. I dont always wait for my sl to hit but i can see if the trade is not gonna work out so i get out faster

if you are scalping this is more important since you know small fluctuations can take you out

The best thing to do is to manage your capital and set each stop loss at 1,2,5% of your account. Once you make the trade and you are in positive, you return the stop lost to the entry point and let the market do what it has to do. If you go positive, great, if not, take you out of the trade at the entry point and you don't lose anything.

Well you are trading between the OB while if you are scalping .. you need to exit with a quick scalp and high profits and look for a new setup if available
