Haven’t trade all of them ….. but strategy today would have been another success …. 17 trades 14 wins vs 3 losses. Return on investment would have been over 10% …. More and less in line with everyday trades. Strategy is good and Luxury algo is doing an unbelievable damn good job. Respecting strategy rules and stop loss is the other 50% of the game …. And that’s not up on luxury algo 👍

I basically use S&O Ai mode, I activate trend tracer and trend tracer, and I use Short term sensitivity.
I activate 2 PAC:

• 1st PAC: I activate OB chart time frame, FVG and Market structure
• 2nd PAC: I activate OB 15 min time frame and the rest is the same as 1st PAC.

On its basic version I enter long (for short …. Of course the opposite) when I have a buy signal , green candle, trend tracer blue, trend catcher green.
Take profit at X signal , next OB or swing.

Extra confluences are OB or FVG at support, overall trend bullish, market structure bullish, higher time frame bullish and so on….

Never force the trade , let the price guide you, respect your stop loss and don’t get greedy .

Backtested scalp strategy (August 2023 - 18 till 24 August . The strategy gave 118 trades with a 74% win rate (in line with what I noticed this January) . Considering an invest x trade of 4.000 $ (it more a less my trade) and considering SL at last swing and take profit at next swing , OB or X (whatever comes first) the net profit would have been 3.000$ (75% account growing) . Important for this strategy to be profitable is respecting SL and don’t get greedy….. other than that is easy to implement even for a 5 years old baby. Obs! Sydney would be the worst session to trade while the best would be New York.

Is that sufficient to invalidate the trade?

Just depends.
If the overall swing structure is down trend, then that bullish ChoCh could just be a liquidity grab, before it reverses back to its' intended direction.....for me, i need to know the overall trend

The strategy is quite easy. This is today example. On the first pic I have a buy signal (3 classified….. but that is just an extra confluence for me but still is good cause is a trend continuation), at the signal I have a green candle, blue trend tracer, green trend catcher (smart trail is red but I have already 2 confluences on 3 on my side). I trace stop loss under last swing (in this case you have a OB as extra support) and I look for TP. Now in this case next swing high is to close to entry (so I don’t use it as TP)…. And since we are at all time top I don’t have other swings, OB whatsoever to guide me up there. So the trade is risky but I m confident to uptrend continuation and in case I have my SL to exit. I entry and the last swing high gets broken and an exit (X) signal is printed and that’s in this case my exit TP.

So in this example I ve (Buy signal, trend tracer blue and trend catcher green ….. 2 overlays on 3 are on my side) …. At entry I ve extra confluences as OB at Support, BOS, bullish increasing money flow in the matrix clear uptrend.

For exit I don’t have swings high as targets (we are at the historic top) , the last one is too close as TP….. so my TP will be a X signal or inversion point on the matrix (for those who prefer)

Win rate is around 75%….. the strategy is profitable but to be profitable the trader has to respect rules and take profit / stop loss…. Don’t get greedy (I usually exit at first TP) and above all respect your stop loss…. Being a good loser is probably even more important then being a good winner 👍

You win and with scalp you have plenty of opportunities to trade. I backtested the first take profit as possible (x signal or swing ) and I got a 75% win rate with a 10% account increase x day . So I would be happy with that

For example London session if next swing is from 0.04% I would be happy with that and wait next opportunity

As King said, you would need to set 2 alerts, one for price entering premium and one for price entering discount. There is no way you can do this with only one alert, as price is always either in premium or in discount.

Try not to edit your alerts. There is a current TV issue when you edit an alert that it becomes something different. Create another alert and try again, because mine works 😉

And ensure that Premium/Discount zones are turned on and select once per bar close.

You can also have a big account on your own. however,these challenges do make you focus on risk management but also at the same time they force you to be agressive to pass challenges faster. propfirms want you to lose eventually. It doesn't mean you can't be profitable but normally 10% drawdowns are eventually hit over a long period

i always view it as 200k acc as it is 20k account with x10 leverage since if you lose 20k you are done

and i see people risking 1% of 200k and not 1% of 20k

1% of 200k means you lose your acc in 10 losses in a row

so you are actually risking 10%

yeah but now with most of the funded accounts you have unlimited time so if you only try for .5 to 1% a day and you force your risk management to 1% down you can be good

I use my funded accounts to build my main account...keep 50% out for taxes and the rest is mine

as you are really a contactor for the funded accounts

the issue most people have is that they first have to pass test fast and thats usually by going very agressive and then do it very safe when they got the acc

so with TFT I will get a 100K or a 50K and if it takes me a month to pass oh well

Small accounts are easier to pass rather than big account .. I started with a 10K account and got into payout from TFT and then brought my 1st $200K account from FTMO 😅 .. Later blew my $10K account from TFT and got payouts from FTMO and brought 2 x $100K accounts from TFT
