By the way on 1 hour we are in a breaker block….. let’s see how it acts there. But personally I see moltiple support order blocks on the 4 hour. I believe it’s hard to push more down (at least on long term time frame) . So reversal is more likely to come (my opinion)

1 min is very fast for a newbie don't get down from 5 minute
I minute requires a lot of experience and most importantly a strong psychology

Stick to 15m TF for the trend direction .. DO NOT come on live trades for now .. trade on a demo account for atleast 6 months to get a hands on experience .. 5m TF are for scalper .. Do not trade Gold as a newbie .. She is an expensive metals thou .. would recommend EURUSD or GBPUSD and play with this pair for a while

The idea is quite simple. Lets say u make long trade u put sell stop same lot size on stop loss mark. Usually stop loss is below support. From this point u wait for next support to cash out the short and wait for long to go up

And u can repeat if next support also breaks

And if ur initial long position goes up in the first place its gucci

Only downside = 2x commisiom

Need to add that in rr calc
